Where do we ship and what are the charges?

We ship to most pincodes within India. Please click here to check if we can ship to your pincode. There are no shipping charges for orders above Rs 500. However for orders below Rs 500 we charge a shipping fee of Rs __.

 

How do I order online?

Good products are usually available at shops not very close to your house. Here follow simple steps and get the best products delivered to your doorstep. Since all products will be sealed as per the manufacturer, you can be assured of best quality.

  • Log on to www.wowkidz.com
  • Have a look at the wide range of products that we have. All products are segregated in categories like Home & nursery, Outdoor gear, Toys, clothing & shoes & Parties & Gifts
  • You can either search by brand or product name and type, you can also browse each category and click on buy now from the products page.
  • All purchases are stored in your shopping cart. Remember our introductory offer is free shipping.
  • From the shopping cart you can continue to purchase products by checking out and selecting your preferred mode of payment. We have tied up with all credit card companies and banks to make paying easy for you.
  • You need to follow the payment instructions. Input your billing and shipping address and choose your preferred mode of payment.
  • You can either register or make a payment as a guest. Registering will ensure we send you all deals and coupons going on currently at wowkidz. We are against spamming and will not share you contacts with anyone.
  • Please note that we only accept orders above Rs. 100. If your shopping cart total is less that Rs. 100 you will not be able to checkout.

 

What are the payment options available?

We have tied up with more than 2 payment gateways to make payments easy for you. Some payment options are:

  • Credit cards- We accept all credit cards. You will have to follow your credit card companies’ process to make a payment. Please ensure you have your IPIN ready with you as it is mandatory in India to put an IPIN number while making a credit card payment.

We accept all VISA and MasterCard, both Indian and International. Click on the "Buy This item" button and select "Pay By Credit Card" on the following page. To use American Express Cards please choose the "Pay by Netbanking" option.

You can make an online payment via your netbanking username and password. Again the process of payment is as per your banks procedure. We accept payment through Internet Banking for the following banks:

Cash on delivery

For certain products you can also pay cash on delivery. Here is mandatory to tell us what time will you be available at home to take the delivery. You can expect a call from our call center to confirm the order. To speeden the delivery we advise you to choose either a credit card or netbanking mode of payment.

Any hidden taxes and charges?

None at all. All taxes - VAT for products and service charges for deliveries and services are included in the rates mentioned. You can also see taxes paid in your invoice.

 

Our shipping policy

Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

 Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • The Seller offering the product
  • Product's availability with the Seller
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.
Returns & cancellations policy

Our aim at wowkidz.com is to ensure that our customer is completely satisfied. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept the return of packages within 30days of the sale date and will issue a full refund minus the shipping charges. All we ask that the product be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original box and packaging. wowkidz reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.
There are some products that we cannot take back if the company seal while packaging has been opened.

 

In case the product received is the incorrect product.

In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 7 days on receipt of the product. We urge you not to accept a product in this case. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.

Return method & payment
  • We urge our customers not to accept an incorrect product, we will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
  • For all other products, we will refund 95% of the product cost in case the customer has availed our free shipping facility. In case the customer has not availed the free shipping facility, the actual shipping charge will be deducted and the rest of the product cost will be refunded to the customer
  • For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. Refunds for cash on delivery are not possible. We urge customers to inspect goods before they accept it in this case.
  • The refund will be happen within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods

 

Tracking an order status
