EASY RETURNS POLICY

We have a 7 days return policy for all items.

No Returns Accepted

 

Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.

 

If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

 

How do I return Product?

 

JUST PICK UP THE PHONE AND MAKE EASY RETURN!

If by any chance there is an issue or you are dissatisfied with the product(s) you ordered, don't worry! All you need to do is simply email us at customersupport@wowkidz.com telling us about the product(s) you would like to return.

 

To avoid lost in transit and damage issues, You can ship it back to us on the address mentioned in your invoice through a courier service of your choice. We will reimburse the return shipping charges up to 10% of the product price or Rs.50, whichever is lower for only defective & wrong delivered consignment. To ensure that we can identify and track the product(s) returned by you, please do inform us of the name of the courier company and the courier tracking number/ AWB number/ Docket number. Please note that we will not be able to initiate the refund process, if we do not have these details. These details can be sent to us via email us at customersupport@wowkidz.com.

 

Refunds

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is unused, in original packaging and in good condition, except of course for the issue described by you. We will refund the entire amount paid by you for the product and the money will be directly credited to your Account within 15 to 20 working days. Please Note: Shipping Charges and COD charges are not refundable.

Replacement

Once we receive your product back. Replacement would be given with 10 to 15 days subject to the availability of the merchandise.Please note In case of size exchange,color exchange or any non defective case customer has to return original product and has to place new order.
